Pack 221 is a chartered member in the Scouts, BSA in the Three Harbors Council which serves over 10,000 scouts in Racine, Kenosha and Milwaukee. Within the Three Harbors Council, we are part of the Southern Shores District serving the communities southeast and southwest corners of Milwaukee County, including the cities of Franklin, Greendale, Greenfield, Hales Corners and Oak Creek as well as Southeastern Milwaukee County, including Bayview, St. Francis, Cudahy and South Milwaukee.
Many of our scouts have been in the Cub Scouting program since Lions, but this is NOT a requirement. Any boy or girl in 5K through 5th Grade can participate in scouting and can join the Pack at any time. Leadership on a local basis is 100% volunteer, and we welcome any and all parents or other guardians to add value to our pack by donating their time and talents.
Generally, The Pack meets monthly on the 3rd Tuesday of the Month at Edgewood Elementary School Cafeteria @ 6:15 PM. The cafeteria entrance is at the back of the school opposite the tennis courts. We do some earlier meetings or attend special events in the community.

The mission of the Scouts BSA is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law. Scouting is a great way for all children to learn to become good young adults and leaders in life. It is a program that stresses good citizenship and awareness of the world around them, through a program of rank advancements.
